@Rainmaker1973 Some of you need reading comp. HE SOLD THE DEVELOPMENTAL RIGHTS TO A LAND PRESERVATION PROGRAM INSTEAD FOR 1.9 MIL. Now the land is tied up and can't be touched and more than likely he can still live and farm it until his death.
