Today I was honoured to be invited in to theatres to watch a cranioplasty.

This is an operation that my ward assists with the recovery care.

Today I was given some lovely flowers by a patient's family!

They thanked me for everything that I had done for their mum.

The feedback that that they gave me was that I showed them such compassion and empathy; I paid attention to detail, meeting their needs.
