@HelloFreshUK after having spoken to 2 different advisors for over an hour after only just seeing money had been taken from my account for my next box to be told no it is impossible to get a refund! I have cancelled my orders from the beginning of December, I had no notification.

Absolutely disgusting customer service from @HelloFreshUK. Giving timeframes on a resolution to be then told it could take 24 to 48 hours to get the issue picked up by a manager. Not to mention taking money from an account with an order being placed. Total shambles

@HelloFreshUK = thieves. I got woken this morning by an alert from my bank to say I had gone overdrawn caused by an unauthorised payment you have debited from my account! Interesting when I had cancelled all orders 2 weeks ago. I want my £57.97 back! @BBCWatchdog please help

@HelloFreshUK appreciate the response!! i learned my lesson from that one forgetful moment but it’s just something i feel pretty strongly about :) i just think it would be nice for an automatic dietary requirement filter that u can add to your profile instead of manually choosing one!

Just wanted to share how upset I am with how @HelloFreshUK have handled a conversation this evening. I felt carbs were too high on their info so I contacted them, only to be told my subscription is now cancelled as it’s “clearly not working for me” #HelloFresh#Type1Diabetes

@HelloFreshUK proper poor service when you sign up to hello fresh and give them 2 weeks to deliver your food and they can’t deliver on the planned date…. No wonder Gousto is better

Don’t subscribe to @HelloFreshUK ! Refusing to cancel my order as I had an exception for being in hospital and now away on business for the next week. Absolutely infuriating to try and cancel your subscription on the app and no clear dates/times on chat bot for customer operation
