@ZARA_Care@ZARA@ZARA@ZARA_Care As it currently stands, your staff and your company is stealing from me, as I refunded the online item and you are withholding my money and won’t properly refund it.
@ZARA has the absolute worst customer service. I returned 3 items at a store and only 2 items got refunded. You are essentially stealing from customers. You also promise a 24-48hr resolution timeframe and it’s been over a week with no resolution.

@OpenTable I’ve sent multiple requests to reinstate 4,200 points you took out of my account during the pandemic. I have yet to receive the courtesy of a reply. Also your live chat function may as well not exist. Please help.
