I am a Visual Storyteller, Brand Expert, Teacher and Dream Interpreter with a lot of HEART. I am telling stories , creating patterns and connecting dots
There’s just so much to being a woman ! With the 100s of stories I’ve had the privilege to capture and tell… I haven’t found any two that’s exactly alike. But I can tell you this…. There’s always strength , beauty , courage , faith , wisdom, hope and love
Happy IWD #IWD
This is strictly by registration and we will be limiting the number of guests. Please register at https://t.co/F4QpoZrAfm to attend. In the mean time, the exhibition is still on and giving life.
As the exhibition draw to an end on Saturday 20th January, one of the exciting things we thought to do was have a conversation around the essence of Half Mask. Some of the questions I kept getting asked by guests to the gallery are, are these masks a good or bad thing,
why did you decide to do this and what can we do to integrate better. I love that I get to have this conversation with some of the people that I typically would have conversations like this with... my friends and my journey support system.
We know for sure that no amount of money can fill the gap UCHE has left but the gesture will go a long way to show our love.
To everyone who has asked how they can support the family, here is one little way.

Today, the doors open to you! I hope that in the time you spend at #HalfMask, you will experience the human stories I share with you!Even though they were born out of my perspective on life, these are stories that you can find yourself in. I want to hear from you #HalfMask
Drawing from a decade as a story spotter, storyteller, and visual artist, Phisha is set to hold his debut solo exhibition entitled “Half Mask: Indivi-duality” on Suynday, January 7, 2024 at Kokopelli Gallery, 17 Ademola Street, Ikoyi Lagos. https://t.co/OQxWkhupyu
But because that's not entirely possible, every one who comes to Kokopelli Gallery will at least get immersed in a world where ideas have become tangible things.
#HalfMask - indiviDUALity | A solo exhibition by Phisha
7th - 20th January 2024
Kokopelli Gallery, Ikoyi Lagos
I began to put pen to paper... or in this case, pen to iPad early September. It took abit over 4 months, to go from conceptual sketches to applying acrylic on canvas.
I’ve pushed my mind …. I’ve pushed my body but most of all, I’ve poured out my heart. Yes I have stories to tell , but more importantly I did this for stories to be owned. WHEN you make it to “Half Mask”, do not leave without finding the story you resonate with
'HALF MASK - IndiviDUALity', my debut solo exhibition will be at Kokopelli Art Gallery (@thekokopelligallery - Ikoyi Lagos)
from the 7th - 20th of January, 2024.
This exhibition explores Identity, vulnerability and authenticity.
The struggle to project our best selves while concealing insecurities.
Im super excited about this and have spent months preparing all these beautiful stories I can't wait to share with you! Please visit https://t.co/FQrlcqD3x9 to register a day you'd like to show up.
So yes...I'm excited to showcase what I've created with you. But I'm more excited that you'll see yourself in this creation - it's going to be a dance between us.
2 weeks before OUR exhibition opens! It's ours -- so I hope to see you.
When you walk into a gallery and see art on the wall, it looks so simple. You see the final product, but you don’t get to see the sweat, blood, and tears that goes into the creative process.
Things are better appreciated when there's sufficient context of their process!
It allows people to empathize, relate, and see reflections of themselves in the narrative.
#HalfMask is more than a showcase, it's a powerful story that transcends individual differences. It's a story that builds a collective experience that resonates on a profound level.
