Without it being about whether I disagree or agree, I definitely think a lot about how we find the use of hip-hop & rap in politics, the music and the artists, as shameful and ignorant. Lots of layers to it.
Fans are gonna buy whatever they can regardless. People just wanna feel like there was intention in the “who what where when why”, when being sold to.
[these are just thoughts, idk much 😌]
The end. Thank you, chat. 😂
Both of them are eyebrow deep in capitalism. They can both be critiqued, no debate.
As someone who is experiencing the feeling of whiplash with Bey’s releases, I’ve been trying to figure out why for a minute, lol.
So, here are my lil thoughts nobody asked for.
Crazy cause Rihanna be dropping shit regularly
And the Capitalism tweets just never happen for her. ..
Y’all know how to STFU & keep scrolling pass some shit you have NO intention on buying when it’s Rihanna. .. exercise that same energy for Beyoncé I Beg.
To clarify, both of them have their fan base somewhere in their target pipeline, but if that’s the primary audience for multiple very different products (which is what it currently feels like) you end up with me. A fan with whiplash.
I’m giving you a 1/1 gift and you can’t appreciate it, show some excitement, wont even accept it fr, because you can’t control your critique…? yeah iigh. 😂
Not saying this is a summary of her experience, but this summarizes my experiences dating creative [men], as a creative [woman]. Just no.
Always in critique and competition, lmao.
