@doug_rand Doug, how can uscis not see this!! Oct2020 uscis encourages everyone to downgrade from eb2 to eb3 , then a year later eb3 dates retrograde now it says transfer eb3 back to eb2! In the end says NO EB2 demand! How atrocious, oct2020 folks are punished for following uscis!!

@doug_rand This a nice summary but wish it had more substance on it. It doesn’t spell out on next steps after 485J. I think you are leaving it to late by not transferring rest of us out of NSC. Only 70 work days left but no real uptick in approvals yet.
