@virginmedia almost 5 hours ago I took the advice on your automated customer service line and started a text query. Ten minutes later I answered the security question on line as asked to. Four and a half hours later from then I'm still waiting....

@TilleyEndurable Husband bought a Tilley in April and left it on a train last month! He keeps checking but the train company says it hasn't been handed in. How do we go about claiming on your legendary insurance? We have receipt, emails...

@virginmedia just have notification on my TV that W channel is being replaced by something else. No it isn't! You've just not reached agreement with @UKTV. Don't make out it's something it isn't. The pair of you need to sort this out or I want out of my contract
