@Hertz Fairfield Inn and Suites Slogan. Hertz"s slogan is that Hertz is number one (not the customer)

[Helmuth Billy, MD @HelmuthMd]

@Hertz expecting hertz to say "sucks to be you" when I ask them why do I have to spend $500 for two hotel rooms and a taxi after they close

[Helmuth Billy, MD @HelmuthMd]

@Hertz
Wondering how the 7 passenger explorer I reserved will change now that hertz proudly says "WE GUARANTEE NOTHING"

[Helmuth Billy, MD @HelmuthMd]

@Hertz Stranded by hertz with family of six at 130 am at their service counter. GOLD MEMBER and this is what you get "WE GUARANTEE NOTHING"

[Helmuth Billy, MD @HelmuthMd]

@Hertz oh and the kicker when you call hertz stranded you get "you realize we guarantee nothing" from the manager at reservations 8006543131

[Helmuth Billy, MD @HelmuthMd]

@Hertz I'll be at the Sac counter at 5 am.I'm sure they won't have the 7 passenger explorer I rented. Expect to hear "nothing I can do"

[Helmuth Billy, MD @HelmuthMd]

@Hertz why does hertz tell gold member customers like me they will keep the counter open and then close it. No hotel at the airport

[Helmuth Billy, MD @HelmuthMd]

@Hertz and u have been a gold member for over 10 years. I know Sacramento closes at 1230 and I told that to hertz and they still assured me

[Helmuth Billy, MD @HelmuthMd]

@Hertz I'm trying to get accommodations.I'm going to be out $500 due to poor customer service despite calling hertz and giving them flt info

[Helmuth Billy, MD @HelmuthMd]

@Hertz no that's my son. I'm traveling with my family of six. He has his younger sister and his 8 and 9 year old brother too. All stranded.

[Helmuth Billy, MD @HelmuthMd]

@Hertz calling hertz to give them your delayed flight information is useless. At Sacramento they will close the counter. You will be stranded

[Helmuth Billy, MD @HelmuthMd]

@Hertz called to ask why. Told "there is nothing we can do. Come back at 5am". No taxis. No uber service. No Lyft. They don't care

[Helmuth Billy, MD @HelmuthMd]

@Hertz Worst experience. confirmed my flight information and delayed arrival. Hertz assures me there will be a car. No car. Stranded at 1am
