Congratulations to our Wheeling, WV Police Department Peer Support Specialist, Erica! She is one of the few civilian staff of the WPD to receive a WPD Lifesaving Award. She was awarded this for her "above and beyond" efforts to persuade an overdose victim to remain in treatment.
