Sending Humanitarian Medical Aid from Ireland to the People of Ukraine. Proud NAFO member, Follow if you support Ukr. "Misneach" the Irish word for courage
This is a tough watch, but it leads to an incredible outcome that will inspire you.
The video was filmed at Modrychi rehabilitation facility Lviv, one of the rehabilitation facilities weโve been privileged to support.
In the background, youโll see.......1/2
After 4 days in Odesa the van I was to bring to kharkiv has arrived.
Huge difference in diving conditions compared to the last time I went in February
Paid nearly โฌ2 a litre earlier. We could never have operated at those prices over the last 4 years.
Knock on effect is huge
Huge thanks to MISNEACH UKRAINE for providing hygiene supplies for women affected by the war ๐๐
This is more than aid โ itโs dignity, care, and support in the hardest times.
Together we are stronger ๐บ๐ฆ@HelpHealUkraine
3 hours with 329 views & not a ticket sold or a club interested.
Can we get NAFO to start pushing this & me to get my number of followers up as I spend to much time working in ๐บ๐ฆ to focus on social Media

Today we are launching our Paddy's day draw to support "Rugby Team" who need electric, a medical evacuation & support vehicle.
Our sights are set high, but there is a huge Rugby community we need to tap into.
If you get behind us & push we can get this across the line!

I am going through my archives & finding stuff about the work we have done together that I had even forgotten about.
We have done some incredible work. We even put a recovery truck with crane in, but more importantly we have have more to do.
Lads, lets all get behind the team!
From the bottom of our hearts, thank you for supporting the children of the Kharkiv region ๐ค
Your kindness brings not only essential help, but also hope, warmth, and the feeling that they are not alone.
Together, we are making their future brighter ๐บ๐ฆโจ@HelpHealUkraine

Tweets / 'retweets' much appreciated!
115km cycled yesterday to support @HelpHealUkraine and @SurreyStands by fundraising for the tremendous work done by both organisations to help Ukrainian people (check out their links here to see for yourself). Links to fundraisers in comments below. Thank you!

Condemnation & retweeting last nights events is not helping ๐บ๐ฆ.
I have been sick as a small hospital the last days trying to resolve this as I way overspent in Oct /Nov & knowing what is going on at the front angers me even more.
Going forward having lost the Crafter I cannot justify the cost of using the transit contrasted with the value I can bring. That is playing volunteer which I have never done.
What I can do if you will help is get an artic truck from @HelpHealUkraine & others of what is needed (including orphanages children & animals) delivered to Kyiv and organize onward transmission to Kharkiv & Sumy with a value in the region of 80k
This will cost in the region of โฌ7,000 leaving a โฌ1 donation worth in the region of โฌ10.
I have already been told it is not achievable. 3 years ago I would have said doing what we have done was not achievable.
If it does not work failing does not bother me as much as not having tried.
Please reply this message saying
1. Will you retweet when launched Monday!
2. Will you pledge a donation.
Also please retweet asking others to do the same so we can get insight if achievable.
Like the Ukrainian in Ukraine impossible means I'm possible.
Huge thank you to @JonathanD136147 for his inspiration today.
Thank you very much, we were able to make them happy for your attention. Thank you for not forgetting about Kharkiv residents โค๏ธโ๐ฅ
@HelpHealUkraine
Understanding food in the trenches.
The lads can only carry so much in and are then fed by drone.
How it works is they send several weeks on position and during this time there weight decreases dramatically.
When they come out all they want to do is shower, sleep and power eat to compensate for the loss with effect there weight goes up & down like a yo yo.
@HelpHealUkraine had given me a huge amount of chocolate etc which I mistakenly gave all to lads in kupinansk forgetting I had promised another lad to my detriment and had to go buy it.
In pic 1 potatoe chips, salted peanuts etc are a big no, no. Great when lads are out, but when in they create unnecessary thirst & water is a valuable commodity.
Below is what I spend around โฌ65 on
Ibrupen & cold & flu remedy. Necessity
Coffee, noodles cup a soup, energy bars, chocolate (Sugar)
Noodles & cup a soup contradict water, but are instant so they balance out
Also are track suit bottoms, a jersey & shorts I included
Pic 1 Misneach the rest I bought for other lad & made up when I stopped to eat.
Also getting huge amounts of requests for sleeping bags
Today we were to leave Kyiv at 6am.
Yesterday I had left left Odesa at 6am with the rugby lads.
We arrived just after 2 & had 3 meetings. Got back to the hotel around 22:30, chatted a while & called it a night.
23:50 Kyiv came under relentless close proximity attack attack from drones & ballistics. This continued to 05:20 meaning a 6am start was not practical.
What is more annoying is after 2 weeks I am still โฌ300 short on this fundraiser
๐ฆing annoying when the wife & I fund the trip personally and people are more interested in giving likes and shares to engagement farmers asking do you support Zelensky.
How about supporting soldiers that need and not just want support.
@Hannuska2109@MMuimhneachain@Jamie58940853 What are you talking about? Whatโs that got to do with helping people? You are a total spoofer and waffler & after that last unhinged comment not worth engaging. If you wanna do something contact Palestinian authorities or Red Crescent & ask if you deliver aid would they take it
@Hannuska2109@MMuimhneachain@Jamie58940853 We contacted the Palestinian authority and was told they only want money not aid. You are a spoofer and can do nothing but talk blah blah blah. Remember that next time you see sick and injured people. You could help but do nothing
@MMuimhneachain@Hannuska2109@Jamie58940853 All you have to do is come out behind your keyboard . Hire or buy a van & drive to the Red Crescent in turkey & hand it over. Youโd have to take a week off work & give up your holiday to Santa ponza. Next time you see injured Gazaโs know that you could help but wonโt. #waffler
