Under the proposal, only ONE cheated-in blue racial seat is removed. But one remains

Callais plaintiffs want a FULLY constitutional map without a single racial seat. THEY ARE RIGHT.

They're also accusing lawmakers of purposefully slow-walking the process to avoid having to get rid of that final blue seat.
