@TravelRepublic why am I not entitled to a refund because my booking is non refundable because I agreed to your booking terms but you didn’t tell me about construction works going on outside and around my hotel? I agreed to your terms but not once did you mention construction!!

@TravelRepublic I am writing on behalf of my relative, who is unable travel to Abu Dhabi. He has fallen severely ill since booking & may have metastasis nodules. It appears they might end up losing their money of almost £4000, who is the best person that can help regarding this.
