The noise should be logged and special consideration applied for, but then they’d be admitting that they hadn’t controlled the exam environment.

@JCQcic How do you report centre malpractice if part of that malpractice is that the centre won’t pass on reports of malpractice to you even though they’re required to do so?

By way of example, think of a school who had an exam room where noise from the netball court directly outside was allowed to distract candidates.
