@markt2606 Agree entirely, but the points will probably be enough to advance Scotland into the next stage. Haiti are doomed with Brazil & Morocco to come π΅βπ«β½
The #WorldCup Roller Coaster π€ͺ 1. Last minute equaliser for totally outplayed Qatar, Swiss meltdown after total domination.
2. An own goal saves Scotland from Media Carnage after Haiti fail to make their superiority count.
Crazy but true π΅βπ«β½οΈ
Watching the BBC #WorldCup panel on TV last night, I was impressed with that big city backdrop behind Wayne & Co. I've lived in Cornwall a while, but f*ck me, #AndyBurnham has certainly transformed Manchester city centre ππ
The BBC clowns forecasting deckchair-dry weather in Soggy Cornwall today should come and sit in my garden. They'll be soaking wet in seconds. Drizzle is rain & guess what? It's here again and it just won't stop. Tell it like it is you incompetent wasters π§οΈβ @metofficeUK

Apparently some of the richest people in the world made their fortunes off the back of this tournament, Fifa/Exco members especially π°Β£Β£Β£: I've put a quid on Mexico beating https://t.co/Pmib62Lo99 tonight. Odds 4/11 on π€
@Dream14a69@diane_julie5 Must say.. I do miss shops living down here, and Manchester also has significant medical facilities. South East Cornwall doesn't even have a hospital (a 25 mile drama to Devon isn't good in an emergency).
FFS.. absolutely pouring it down again in Cornwall π§οΈ
Wonder how many tourists who endured their waterlogged holiday last week will ever return to this bog?
Looks like a summertime washout again (can't really count 4 dry days & an uncomfortable heatwave can we?)
The negative reality for the Cornwall Holiday Trade isn't the threat of a proposed tourist tax, it's the awful wet weather. Visitors are choosing elsewhere, they've had enough. Take this week, it rained all of Saturday & it's forecast to carry on raining until next Wednesday βπ§οΈ
