@jearosky So I located your photo, looked at several others with the same clothing. In the original photo he has short hair, and I guess someone decided to put hair back on him. Time photo was taken was right before they shaved his head.

I am a retired Correctional Officer, so I will try to explain this better. Violent criminals are pretty much kept away from general population, they are usually housed in areas where the cells are like segregation. Where it's i man per cell and they are taken out 1 at a time, that in includes for exercise and showering.

General population is like an open dorm situation. Where they can walk around, and talk with other inmates freely. Sometimes they fight, but its not that often.

When someone commits a crime a horrible crime against a child, the administration tries to keep that quite, but 9 out of 10 times it fails. Reason: Inmates have T.V. and they watch them and lay low. It might be months before they do anything to a child predator. But when they do, well its game on, with no regrets.

It's usually done at night when everyone is sleeping, maybe after rounds but that depends on the Inmates. I have heard of them doing it during recreation time, but those are far and few in-between.

A child predator can only hide for so long, and their time of hiding is very short.
