Helsing is a new type of defence and artificial intelligence company with a mission to help protect liberal democracies in an increasingly volatile world.
Introducing RX-1, our experimental European robotics platform. Every step the quadruped takes is a step toward Europe’s technological sovereignty. We make it available to academic labs across Europe.
Today, we are unveiling Area9: a new kind of lab for a new kind of defence. Some of the brightest minds of the AI world are pushing the frontier for @HelsingAI here – like the autonomous fighter jet pilot Centaur. Stay tuned for more.
Space – the final frontier for European defence. Today we’re announcing KIRK, a joint venture with @OHB_SE to close Europe's critical space security gap. Battle-proven AI, running directly on satellites, fusing data from multiple sensors in orbit. 🖖

From sea, to sky, to shore – this is the first launch of our battle proven HX-2 from a coastal vessel. The trial took place off a fast insertion craft in the coastal waters off Plymouth, Helsing's maritime home.
We are proud to have formally established a presence in Stockholm, with Swedish Minister of Defence @PlJonson and Ukrainian Special Advisor @AKamyshin in attendance. Kamyshin: “Helsing is doing great work in Ukraine … and will be doing great work in Sweden.” 🇺🇦 🇸🇪
AI is reshaping the world. Defence is protecting it. Women are underrepresented in both. We intend to change that.
Women in AI launches on 23rd April in Paris, a series for practitioners, researchers, and leaders. Then Munich and London.

NATO's Supreme Allied Commander Transformation Admiral Pierre Vandier came to see our HX-2 facilities in Bavaria, where we have scaled up production to 1,000 systems per month, all going to Ukraine and NATO countries. @NATO_SACT
With the threat to underwater infrastructure increasing, last week we were testing our autonomous undersea glider SG-1 Fathom in the Baltic Sea. SG-1 is equipped with our Lura AI to detect subsurface threats.
❗️🇷🇺Russian military personnel have started complaining that 🇺🇦Ukrainian forces are increasingly using 🇩🇪German HX-2 kamikaze drones produced by the company Helsing.
It is reported that the HX-2 is being employed for strikes deep in the Russian rear.
“They are hitting repair crews and road network installation teams in the relative rear,” the occupiers stated.
Helsing and @hensoldt are joining forces to build the next generation of autonomous combat air systems.
Starting with our CA-1 Europa, we will integrate advanced sensor technology with AI – to secure air dominance for Europe, from Europe.
