@GrubbaAndrzej@sjanus_pl@wallstengine Finnish and Polish guys studying in Finnish university were funded by Finnish funds/agencies. Original R&D was done in Finland in a Finnish university program. If some parts are now nearshored to PL for cheaper costs it has nothing to do with whether the company is Finnish or not
@sjanus_pl@wallstengine The fact that part of the people working in the company are Polish has nothing to do with whether the company is Finnish or not. A lot of times companies outsource their operation to countries with cheaper labour costs. Finland is where the original R&D took place in any case.
@sjanus_pl@wallstengine The company's origins are in Aalto university's venture program. The founders received the initial funding to the prototypes from Tekes (Business Finland). The subsequent funding came from EU project Horizon and Finnish and American venture funds that the company in Slush.
@TruthJarlsson @visegrad24 In Finland we capture the crew and confiscate the ship, then go to court, decide we have no jurisdiction and terminate the case and release everyone. So we’re basically the same except we waste money and time but get a cool video of boarding the vessel

@GeominMjl@TiinaAiraksinen Ei niistä töistä paljon maksuja olisi kerättykään koska maksuprosentit olivat niin naurettavan pieniä ja työuran alussa palkkakin pieni. Turha siis öyhyttää tuosta kun nykypäivän eläkeläiset ovat täysin ylivoimaisesti saamapuolella tässä järjestelmässä.
