@sleepy_devo Highly highly dependent on where you live. I couldn't rent what I have for cheaper than my mortgage and upkeep. The nuanced discussion many can't comprehend is both can be good, but in both cases you should also be investing.

I think the world needs another mmo made by devs not from korea, GW2 was boring and the mmo landscape has shifted so hard since then.
I just want like a real MMO...

Legend wristband requirement is too stupid for me to complete in Forza Horizon 6 which is a disappointment. Finishing all races should be enough for you to do the final showcase but instead, they put it behind a massive grind wall. Decent Horizon overall, but carried by theme.
