✅ Gain exposure to the theory behind Medical Education

Program Structure 🔺
✅ One-week MedEd didactics elective
✅ Two weeks of dedicated MedEd teaching electives
✅ Complete a specified number of teaching hours through chalk talks, journal clubs, M&M, bedside teaching, and topic presentations
✅ Complete online MedEd modules

Application Process ✏️
🔷 Open to PGY2 and PGY3 residents through an application process during residency
