@dublinbusnews You need to train your bus drivers on how leap cards work. Just had a driver try throw a man off a bus and refuse to acknowledge that a leap card is allowed to go into minus credit which is then repayed during the next top up 🤦🏻‍♀️ #getbettertraining #dublinbus

@John42792093 @dublinbusnews The driver has to press a button to issue the correct fare, what are you not getting about that? The machine doesn't know your only paying for 1-3 stages by itself, hence why unless your paying for 13+ plus stages you have to go to the driver 🤦🏻‍♀️

@Boxvanman @dublinbusnews I am aware of that, however the bus driver would not even input the journey onto the card because the machine said there was only 78c on the card and he thought that it wouldn't work 🙈

@dublinbusnews The guy has very angrily and violently threatened the bus driver to find him outside work so please keep an eye on things 🙈 But yeah training would be good, not the first time I've seen it happen regarding leap cards 🙈

@dublinbusnews Guess masks aren't mandatory so seeing as I'm only just on the bus and there are multiple people without them 🤦🏻‍♀️ Reduce capacity again until you can actually get people to wear masks! 😒 It's ridiculous that someone can sit 10 cm's behind others without a one! 😒
