Written 5-6 mail on nodal officer gujarat mail id but not getting any reply. If it's not in use then remove from all sites for help or expect reply . Many mail written for complaint on credit card but no response on mail/customer care no.

@AxisBankSupport Please revert. Today also i got message of outstanding amount Rs.5205. It increases day by day . Please provide permanent solution.

@AxisBankSupport My axis bank credit card team is asking for outstanding amt , which is not used by me. Wrongly charged rs 1699 which is reversed but they are asking for interest/late pay. Base amt is charged wrongly ,why should I pay interest?card no 4514 5700 3787 4941.

@AxisBankSupport I have not use my credit card but still it's showing outstanding of Rs4429. Earlier it was 1699, which was reverse and rest amt is showing interest/late payment. Base amounts is charges wrongly then why should I pay interest ??I have visited many times Vapi Axisbank for the same.

But still its not resolved. strulling since last 5-6 month and outstanding amt gets increased every month. Very poor service of Axis Bank credit card. If they have charged wrong amount then interest for that also should be reverse from their side why customer suffer for that ???

Visited Vapi Axis bank many times but problem is still there. I have not used the card at all. Why should I pay outstanding amt. Pls help me to outcome this. I have complaint this on customer care but every time I got response that it will be resolved with 1 week.
