आजकल सरकारों को जनता की जान व खुशी की बड़ी चिंता रहती है, ठीक वैसे ही जैसे लोगों को अपने बैंक बैलेंस की, नेताओं को अपने वोट बैंक की। करोना में फ्री इन्जेकशन्स की उगाही वाहन-चालानों से व दारु पीने वालों की खुशी से। तब भी पुलिस मदद्-गार थी और अब भी। जान बचायेंगे तभी नोट-वोट मिलेंगे

@pallavv प्रति व्यक्ति आय वर्गीकरण और जरुरत पर निर्भर व निर्धारित है। मूलभूत जरुरतें जिन्दा व स्वस्थ के लिए सही भोजन, आश्रय व आवरण-बचाव के लिये। रहन-सहन माहौल, आस-पास community, group living पर निर्भर होती है। अमीर के पास ज्यादा होने से गरीबी कम नहीं होगी, बल्कि असंतुलित आय वर्गीकरण होगा।
