Very well said. That is why it should be investigated. There is very good chance of fraud. Fraud by institution or Fraud by Students. It is important to understand what happened in this scenario. I have been in this industry. I know the type of Students that come to study.

It all makes sense. Did my Masters, worked for 3 years. I have seen a huge change in the country in terms of expenses and cost of living. I do not advise any new comers to come to Canada until you have a job offer letter. Wait for next 2-3 years and plan accordingly.

@erbmjha That is the problem all over India. If a South indian guy who doesn't speak Hindi comes to North India he would face similar situation. East Indian coming to North or South India would face even worse discrimination. They don't consider him part of India. Sad story of whole India
