Anyone with CD spec expertise?
I have 3 refolded recombinant proteins (40, 35 & 20 kDa) expressed in E. coli and purified using Ni-NTA. We performed CD analysis, but Iβm stuck with spectrum interpretation/deconvolution and folding validation.

@DNAutics I made this python based custom UI for plotting. If you see the raw CD signal, it's in terms of tens actually.
Pasted the formula that I used as well.

@DNAutics Thanks for the reply! Our proteins were dialysed against PBS. I have attached the CD spectra of one of the proteins. When I deconvoluted using free online tools, it says we have ~50% beta, ~10% alpha and rest random coils. Is it normal for a 40 kDa refolded protein?
