Joined in Aug ’24. Moved to Bangalore in Oct ’24.
Was told things would slow down soon.
It’s been 1.5+ years.

Still the same hours.
Still building.
Still fixing.
Still shipping.

But here’s the twist
Team went from 3 → 15+
Product went from 5 routes → full blown platform
And me?
From landing pages → real systems, real problems, real ownership.
So yeah, those “easy 2 months” never came.

And honestly?
Good.

Because comfort doesn’t build engineers. Pressure does.
If you’re waiting for things to “settle down” in a startup…
They won’t.

You either grow with the chaos or get left behind.

Still building. Still learning.
