HPCC played Chatteris today in the development league. It was a great day for the team as they cruised to a 132-run victory.

Hiscock got us off to a good start before the middle order came into their own with Hill scoring 10 fours on his way to fifty. HPCC finished their 40 overs 194/6.

RESULT: An apology to the X fans for a delayed match update. Saturday's game against top-of-the-league Haddenham was another great game of cricket which, unfortunately, ended in defeat for Hemingford.
HPCC batted first and started off firmly if slowly and were about 58-1 at drinks. Some excellent aggressive batting in the second half left us on 213-6 after 40.

The lads ultimately fell 10 runs short but it was an effort to be proud of.
