At the SEECP Summit in Sofia, we had a productive discussion and reached a shared understanding on strengthening stability, security, and European integration through closer regional cooperation, despite the diversity among us.

Albania remains fully committed to this path. We are advancing our reform agenda and moving forward in the EU accession process, with the goal of completing it within this decade.

What moves one country forward contributes to the stability and development of the entire region.

My thanks to the Sofia Presidency for its excellent organization, warm hospitality, and dedicated work on the occasion of the 30th anniversary of this initiative.

I wish every success to the Bucharest Presidency of SEECP.
