We're investigating an issue preventing some DMZ players from entering Prestige on their Active Duty Operators.

While we work on a fix, players can get around this issue by equipping rare (blue) weapons with only 3 attachment slots (weapons which have never had 4 or more attachments on them before) to complete the Operator Prestige requirement.

Classic Prestige: Reset all unlocks, levels, and earn content each prestige

Regular: Reset only levels, with unlocks staying, with limited rewards
