Cannabis is only illegal because it works

[LEAP UK @UKLEAP]

Let us not forget this went against nearly all expert advice, including the government’s own independent advisory committee.

In many ways this is likely to create more harms.

[Legalise Cannabis Campaign Scotland @Legalisecanabo]

Newspapers covering this disgrace today. There would have been more point while he was still alive.

The Government on cannabis as a medicine: ANECDOTAL REPORTS ARE NOT GOOD ENOUGH EVIDENCE

If @Keir_Starmer really want to crack down on the smell of cannabis in public then he could endorse the social club method of legalisation. Private members clubs where cannabis can be consumed in a safe, warm and welcoming environment. Works well in Spain. #cannabis

The UK government is obstinate and more than a few of their MPs are in the employ of the same corporations that profit from cannabis prohibition. Lobbying keeps kids sick and makes families poor #lobbying #cannabis #reform

[MedCan Family Foundation @MedcanFamily]

We end the year as we mean to go on....
Big thanks to Charlie at BBC for covering families stories and other across Norfolk, Suffolk and Essex accessing privately prescribed cannabis for their children and our continued fight for NHS access.

Legal cannabis sales have begun in New York & the revenue from Cannabis sales will be invested back into the communities that need it most. How long more do people think we've to wait until we see a moment like this in Ireland? #CannabisReformIreland

[Great Moments in Weed History @gmiwhpodcast]

In 1970, Bill Drake wrote the first modern guidebook to growing weed.

Despite an FBI campaign to suppress it, "The Cultivator's Handbook of Marijuana" taught millions of people how to overgrow the government.

And at 81, he's still smoking. https://t.co/sAcvPbZ6ZL

Some hemp plants grow over 2m . . .

A tall hemp plant will provide long fibres that can be used for making fabrics.

To make hemp plants grow taller, plant them near to one another and make them compete ;-)
