The thing is, all of these ways of selling the loans relied on unchanging economic conditions. It was obviously a lie, a lie that they should have been careful not to tell under 18s. But yeah, if wages had risen with inflation then sure, it would be great. They didn't though lmao

I was told that I would never notice the payments. I was told that it would have no impact on my quality of life. I was told that by the time I start paying it off significantly it would be gone fast enough to not have a large impact. I pay £400 a month. I notice.
