I've voted to ABSTAIN on the Amaru Node budget info action.

I am an employee of Sundae Labs, and have already spent several months contributing to Amaru. Given that if this budget passes, Sundae Labs will be one of the teams working on Amaru. Therefore, I will likely be a direct beneficiary of the funding. As a result, I feel responsible to abstain from voting on this proposal.

That being said, I am a major proponent for node diversity and strongly believe that Amaru will be a major piece of our future multi-node ecosystem. I whole heartedly support this proposal and, if I had no conflict of interest, I would absolutely vote YES on this proposal.

I am voting NO on the proposal to fund Intersect

Why?

I'm not even sure of how much the initial funding was, but based on the 2024 expenses published by them, at least something like 14m USD (not cardanos, USD).

In exchange, the community got:

- committees
- a confusing discord
- a confusing budget process.

I am not satisfied with the outcome of this initial experiment, and it is my opinion that it should not be continued.

No, because nowhere in the constitution is it written that *Intersect* must be the administrator.

In the constitution, it is written that there must be *some* administrator.

Possibly even more than one.

So, based on my interpretation, not funding Intersect DOES NOT imply not funding the rest of the valid projects.

At worst, it means that each project will have to specify an administrator.

At best, we come up with a better and more efficient MBO.
