day 26: lost a client yesterday. signed my biggest one today at $3,500/month.
the one that left cancelled within 24 hours of signing. they lost a big project, no fault of mine. a first for me.
$8,398 MRR. $100k+ a year. $1,602 to $10k.
fastest you've ever lost a client?
day 25: journalling agency/business life makes me realise some days are so slow with minimal movement. still awaiting a few sign ups. launched new ads. pretty meh day
@DNormandin1234@rileybrown same thing here. love the concept but I just reverted back to sessions for each client with their own project folder on my external hard drive. way easier to manage
37 claude tasks run my agency while i sleep.
7am: brief on what needs me today
all day: 7 google ads accounts checked, seo pages shipped, inbox triaged
every email waits as a draft until i hit send
1 person. 6 clients. $6.4k MRR.
drop a "๐ค" and i'll share which task saves me the most time
day 24: signed another client today. finally.
after a slow few days of meetings and no closes, it landed.
$6,414/month MRR now. 6 clients. $77k a year coming in.
still $14.7k sitting in the pipeline. close it and $10k is done, then it's on to $20k.
what's the longest you've waited on a lead before it finally closed?
day 23: not the most exciting monday. few meetings lined up but still no closes. been a slow few days, hopefully building towards some more leads and closes soon. waiting game
day 22: Sunday preparing for the week ahead. hopefully a good week with a few closes ahead. feel like the momentum started last week and now itโs just a matter of finishing off the hard work.
day 21: weekends make it slow. two more meeting scheduled for the week ahead. just need to close these two and the two meetings from last week. get the momentum building again
@BeardyBrandon amazing! so you recorded the one complete video talking to camera with that whole script?
then higgsfield/claude created the different audios and stitched your original audio over the top, is that right?
We believe voice is the most natural way to interact with intelligence, so we created Dessa, the most authentic full-duplex speech model ever built. Talking with it feels like talking with a personโฆfull of emotion, nuance, pauses, and a natural cadence.
