St Mirren Football Club is delighted to announce the appointment of Craig McLeish as our new Manager.
The 36-year-old becomes our permanent Manager, agreeing a deal until summer 2029.
🗣️ "I've made improvements."
Craig McLeish says he has "massive belief" his St Mirren side can see off Partick Thistle or Dunfermline in the play-off.
A 2-0 win over Aberdeen at Pittodrie was not enough to avoid an 11th place finish.

It’s a real shame that James Tavernier’s final home game is going to be a dead rubber with a low turnout.
He deserves a proper send off. He’s been an unbelievable servant and player.
It will be an emotional night saying goodbye to the skipper and it’ll be a strange feeling seeing him at another club next season.
I hope the fans stay afterwards and show him the respect he deserves.
St Mirren Football Club can today announce that Craig McLeish will continue to lead the club as interim manager until the end of the season.
Craig, alongside Jamie Langfield, Allan McManus and Marc Kelly, has impressed since taking on the interim position earlier this month and led us to a 2-1 victory away to Falkirk prior to the international break.
We are pleased to confirm that former St Mirren player Stuart Taylor has joined the club to strengthen the interim group.
Stuart will support Craig, Jamie, Allan and Marc as part of our coaching team until the end of the season.

Interim St Mirren boss Craig McLeish is set to remain in charge until the end of the season with former Dundee manager Tony Docherty as his assistant. Talks were held with Carl Robinson, but the potential move broke down and the club have decided to stick with McLeish. #smfc
Craig McLeish has seriously impressed as interim manager at St Mirren.
Some won't have recognised his name two weeks ago, but would now back him to lead the club to the summer or beyond.
You'd be hard-pressed to argue against it as a credible option.
