I implemented a fault-tolerant multi-host training for @physical_int's OpenPI Repo.

32% MFU GEMM-bound on 4×H100, +9.3% from FlashAttention, bit-exact parity with single-process, resuming live from a killed process.

The results:
- Attn 4.7% of step at seq 866, 86% at 4k growing as seq², the unlock for long-context VLAs
- Found a 12× device-time undercount and 100× cost_analysis FLOP undercount
- 2.85× FSDP weak scaling, 1.44× strong (comms-bound at B=1/GPU)
- +3.9% XLA collective overlap
