CTM is the most uselesss organisation. My flight is in 12 hours time. And after 6 solid hours on the phone today, still no confirmation of quarantine hotel. and that's after 2 days of back and forth. Where does the 1700 GBP go???? #CTM #quarantinehotel

I did get a proper confirmation from them eventually, just before 2100 UAE time. It was stressful as hell. I them sent off all documents to Etihad, and at 2am I received a Verfieid to Fly status.

The number goes to an offshore call centre where the reps have no information and authority to do anything. They just forward requests back to the UK. @TravelCTM_UK is a terrible government appointment mess.
