LIVE FROM GRAND ISLAND.
Veterans are at your rally in Nebraska right now.
They are not asking for a favor. They are asking the SEC to follow its own rules.
Almost 4 years. 2,000 meetings in Congress. Regulators claiming immunity. A Texas oil company still waiting on a share count.
@BeardVet and @busybrands are on the ground. The letter is the ask. Count the shares.
Lara Logan sat down with Next Bridge CEO Greg McCabe.

The "Madoff Exception" let market-makers fail to deliver on trades.
After going to prison, Madoff gave an interview where he said words to this effect: "Underneath it all, it was all just naked short-selling."
I had economists walking the SEC & FBI through this since 2005.
HE SPOKE OUT AND GOT SUBPOENAED
Greg McCabe, Chairman and CEO of Next Bridge Hydrocarbons, breaks his three-and-a-half-year public silence on the battle surrounding MMTLP, naked short selling and the FINRA trading halt that affected approximately 124,000 shareholders.
McCabe tells Lara Logan that after he publicly challenged what he believed were inaccurate statements surrounding the controversy, he was hit with an SEC subpoena just one week later.
He says he turned over everything investigators requested, including his trading and banking records. But after years of fighting for transparency, McCabe says one critical question remains unanswered: What is the actual share count?
Next Bridge had approximately 165 million authorized shares. McCabe says an analysis of his data estimated there could be more than one billion shares reflected across broker-dealer accounts, which he believes could expose the scale of alleged naked short selling.
In this episode of Going Rogue with Lara Logan, Lara and McCabe dig into the unanswered questions surrounding MMTLP, the actions of FINRA and the SEC, and what McCabe says this could mean for retail investors and the integrity of America’s financial markets.

THE INVERSE OF PUMP & DUMP
In the latest episode of Going Rogue with Lara Logan, Lara sits down with Greg McCabe, chairman and CEO of Next Bridge Hydrocarbons, as he breaks more than three years of public silence about the battle surrounding MMTLP and Next Bridge.
McCabe details what he alleges are serious failures in the U.S. financial markets, including naked short selling, unauthorized trading, counterfeit shares and the FINRA trading halt that affected roughly 124,000 shareholders.
McCabe explains what he calls “short and distort” — the inverse of pump and dump: profiting from a falling stock while negative information is used to undermine confidence in a company. Lara presses him on the role of regulators and what these practices could mean for everyday Americans invested in the stock market.
The episode examines the MMTLP controversy, the actions of FINRA and the SEC, the billion-share allegation, broker-dealer settlement issues and McCabe’s call for greater transparency and accountability.

Greg McCabe Wants the Letter to the White House Signed by U.S President Trump. If Signed, the Letter Will De facto Expose Mountains of Synthetic Shares.
We Need The Letter Signed!!! #MMTLPARMY
@udontknowjack99 Would this be a reasonable resolution?
What if the government steps in, forces the wrongdoers to pay $1,000 per share immediately, and then establishes a structured payment plan so that every shareholder is repaid a total of $4,000 per share over a period of three years?
THEY’RE SELLING FAKE SHARES
Lara Logan asks Next Bridge Hydrocarbons CEO Greg McCabe to explain naked short selling and how traders can allegedly flood the market with shares they never borrowed and do not actually own.
In the newest episode of Going Rogue with Lara Logan, McCabe breaks his silence about the MMTLP scandal affecting approximately 124,000 shareholders, alleged market manipulation and what he describes as serious regulatory failures by FINRA and the SEC. @GregMcCabeJr
