@LaurynBahen China and India will be top of this list in 5-10 years. Theyβre beginning to transition away from coal to nuclear now. Australia will be the next Spain/Portugal; where Green Energy will work until there is a black out lol
@TheNoisyTrunk Iβm surprised itβs not more obvious to people; Sarah has set questions (notes) in front of her for Albo and no set questions for Dutton.
Do I get a prize? π
@elonmusk@elonmusk please create a DOGE website that shows how much youβve saved taxpayers and future projections too. This is critical for the entire western world. Other countries are watching and if they see itβs working, theyβll follow in the same footsteps.
@DonaldTNews Hanks said this last time. I remember seeing a post showing the list of all the βIβm leaving if..β people last time he was president and none of them left lol
@AdamBandt Why not introduce a βCost of Livingβ offset to negative gearing? If an investor reduces rent under the Tenancy Authorityβs median rental price they can write it off. Win for the investor. Win for the tenant. Iβve mentioned this to 2-3 politicians. All confused by it. Crazy.
@AdamBandt Stop property moguls? Build-to-rent is one landlord. How is a tenant going to exercise their rights when the developer doesnβt want to rent their other 4,999 properties to a βtrouble maker tenantβ? Silly logic. Having 1000s of individual landlords is better and fairer.
@AdamBandt Negative gearing should be allowed across multiple properties. Investors should be able to reduce your rent as a βlossβ to help out the little guy as part of an NRAS 2.0. Removing incentives and driving investors out of the market isnβt going to help supply.
@elonmusk Journalists have become Gossip Columnists who project their views/emotions and promote their biggest advertisers. Iβm sure if you look hard enough you will find a βcredible journalistβ who is adamant that Kale will kill you.
