CONFIRMED
Sir Keir Starmer is poised to let all pubs stay open until 5am for England’s World Cup clash on Monday.
The outgoing PM is expected to lay an emergency law in Parliament so fans can watch England take on Mexico at 1am on Monday morning, The Sun reported.
Earlier No 10 told us that Government secretary Steve Reed had written to councils urging them to relax licensing rules for pubs. More at @GBNEWS.

To support Scotland at the World Cup is to suspend all logic and rational thought and to somehow believe, against all the evidence and probability, that Scotland will do well.

Scotland. 👍
