I have been a trainee since 2006 (yes, I know, I’m old) and the fact that there isn’t a centralised home for *all of this* is mind boggling.

The politics of single employment by HEE is not my area of expertise!

This doesn’t obviously solve the issue for trainees that we rotate out of sync with the tax year but people like @DrSarahHal are working with ESR and helping us

@benedictevans @jamiedsmith Wouldn’t it be nice if we could anonymously recognise wanted vs unwanted unknown callers? When I call patients from hospital/ED it’s a blocked number. We often cannot get a hold of NOK or patient with their results if they have equivalent at home/given number

@MattStibbs @GrahameGrieve would be the dream - number of times I ask patients about their PMH/DH and they say its all in my notes - assuming the blank piece of paper I hold in front of them has all their details... And that would just be between local GP and DGH!
