If your current maintenance is 3,000. Then 2,500 daily will be a deficit for you to lose weight.
If you add all 3 of these you will lose weight. Fast.
3. Increase your activity.
If you’re very sedentary, instead of removing your food straight away, start increasing your activity levels.
Start increasing your steps/adding in some training sessions throughout the week.
So you don’t have to eat less, but you’ll be in a deficit.
