FIRST ON FOX: ICE arrests 1,328 illegal immigrants across Virginia and Maryland in a sweeping 14-day enforcement operation in the D.C. region, which federal sources describe as one of the agency's most successful operations to date.

Nearly 400 of those arrested have criminal convictions or pending charges, according to ICE. The operation also nets alleged members of MS-13, Tren de Aragua and the 18th Street Gang.

Among those taken into custody is a Salvadoran national arrested in Richmond who authorities say is wanted on a murder warrant.

The Supreme Court has just overruled a block placed by an Obama Judge preventing Trump's Executive Order to implement safeguards for Mail-in-Ballots.

The ruling now means states must:

-Turn over a list of every voter getting a ballot

-Put unique serialized barcodes on both the outgoing and return envelopes

If a state refuses, USPS will not deliver those ballots.

This is a major election integrity win.

🚨Update: The U.S. War Department is preparing for the first execution in more than 60 years — and disgraced former Army Major Nidal Hasan is first on the list.

Hasan carried out the 2009 Fort Hood massacre, killing 13 people (including an unborn child) and wounding more than 30 others while shouting “Allahu Akbar.” He targeted unarmed soldiers at a readiness processing center as they prepared for deployment.

He was convicted of 13 counts of premeditated murder and 32 counts of attempted premeditated murder, stripped of his rank, and sentenced to death. He has been on death row at Fort Leavenworth for over a decade and has shown no remorse.

The Army has developed plans (including “Operation Resolute Justice”) to carry out military executions if authorized by the President. War Secretary Pete Hegseth has publicly expressed commitment to seeing Hasan’s death sentence carried out. Hasan’s final appeals have been exhausted.

If approved and carried out, it would mark the first U.S. military execution since 1961.

Thirteen American service members never came home because of Hasan’s jihadist attack on his own fellow soldiers. Justice has been delayed for far too long.
