Response: Not exactly.

As far as housing prices are concerned, it's actually much worse than that. In 1970, the average price of a one-family home was around $25,000. That price today is around $425,000.

425/25 = 17. People are paying ~17 times what they paid for a cracker box in 1970, and in many cases much more. And every dime of the extra money has gone to the larcenous banks and fat-cat portfolios of the filthy rich. It's a billionaire/trillionaire world.

1970 was as good as it got for the US. That was our peak quality of life. Since then, it's been downhill all the way. And every minute of every day since then, our ratlike sold-out "leaders" and their big-money patrons - the fat-assed globalists they actually "represent" - have swelled like dirigibles, casting a vast shadow resembling a black, futureless hole on the entire planet...especially "the little people", i.e., the White majority population of the Western World.

What's especially infuriating about this is that the blimps - the hogs wallowing in luxury and selling us out hand over fist - don't work. Not a drop of sweat do they spill anywhere but the handball court. They just invest in our total destruction and are wildly, absurdly rewarded for it. And as they import the Third World to drive us off our own continent(s), they pat each other on the back for how "ethical" and "compassionate" and "environment-friendly" they are. It's a bold, in-your-face pukefest.

The truth is that the filthy rich have been relentlessly wrecking the environment both here and abroad in order to lard their coffers with everything we once owned as they tirelessly feign nobility and compassion. That's why those dwelling in urban environments now risk their lives whenever they leave their coffin apartments without packing serious heat.

They need a hot fire lit under their butts before the world becomes a whirling turd under their moronic direction.

Yes. After 15 minutes, I haven't heard anything I haven't been saying for years. It's obvious, and anyone who fails to see it is mentally defective. By "mentally defective", I mean some combination of psychological factors including stupidity, indoctrination, vanity and narcissism, intransigence, egomania, and psycho/sociopathy. Not an attractive combination.

Unfortunately, a world run by such people inevitably becomes as defective as they are, and we're already there. Our chances of survival as a worthwhile species are virtually zero if this is allowed to continue.

The father is the family authority figure, and modern females have a problem with male authority of any kind. (We can't rule out the possibility that daddy is an a-hole, but it often goes like this even if he isn't.)

And of course, modern Western children have been aggressively indoctrinated to hold their White parents, especially their fathers, in total contempt. This is what happens when hostile foreign interlopers are permitted to sabotage the culture, economy, and traditional family structure of their host nation.

But there's another factor as well: alienation. Once a child feels alienated from its own kind, it seeks out strange company on the assumption that anything must be better. But most of the time, it's not better but worse - in many cases, much, much worse. Western women are not built for the misogyny and oppression built into Islamic culture.

It's not the universe, Eike. It's the people who have been permitted to run this world simply because they are rich and self-interested enough to climb to an undeserved position of power. There's no "law of the universe" that enforces this pathological situation.

Human beings necessarily have free will. If some of them use it badly, and others go along with it out of weakness and apathy, everything goes bad. Any species that fails to learn this and behave accordingly has only itself to blame for its discomfort.

If you want stupid people to vote in a nation where people are being socially engineered and even imported for stupidity, then you want a failed democracy - that's the only possible outcome. Stupid people vote stupidly.

Answer: The time for cleverness and trickery is over; now we're down to brute force. The "trick" we needed to pull off before things went this far was not to let our system of government be totally rigged. The Founding Fathers hoped that we'd move to nip any rigging in the bud. Sadly, we didn't.

Instead, we permitted the importation of evil in the form of primitive human chattel from Africa, tribally oriented "refugees" from Eastern Europe and the Middle East, and exclusively nonwhite mass migrants from the Third World, all of them alien to our culture and hostile to our way of life. And instead of reversing our mistakes as soon as they became evident, we stupidly swallowed gallon after nauseating gallon of "melting pot" / "send me your tired, poor, huddled masses" pap from disingenuous frauds trying to get over on us.

Once these interlopers arrived, they took root and began to exploit us and reproduce at our expense, abusing our open high-trust system to become opportunistic criminals, insidious political saboteurs, and unassimilable freeloading parasites. Riding our political and economic momentum, they wrested the steering wheel from our grasp and redirected us toward their custom version of hell instead of our rightful destiny. The Founders, knowing where this would lead, groaned audibly and rolled in their graves.

The Founders, bless their hearts, had hoped we'd be collectively smart enough not to import to our nation those who would knife us in the back and destroy it. But while we should have known precisely who wanted to destroy us - it was quite obvious who they were and what they were about to anyone but a ninny - we trusted in our rat-bastard bribe-taking pocket-stuffing "leaders", took the newcomers at their lying word, and "welcomed the stranger".

As a consequence, the shady, creepy strangers we welcomed are now dug in like ticks and have inaugurated the End Times. The worst and most virulent of the bunch are inches away from the final stage of our undoing: the digital tokenization of society in a "Great Reset" designed to permanently kill our privacy, independence, and economic opportunity. They're poised to turn Western nations into Asia-style insect hives within a gigantic World-Hive over which they triumphantly preside, with themselves as its royal caste and everyone else as its drones and workers ... or equivalently, its slaves.

It's been a very bad show. It's about to get even worse if we don't do everything it takes to stop it. That includes:

(1) Reverse migration (i.e., undoing the conspiracy of illegal, exclusively nonwhite mass Third-World migration to the US and other Western nations);

(2) Getting foreign and transnational corporate money out of our political process despite the rebranding of the US as a "corporate-government partnership" (or "global corporatocracy"); and

(3) Getting rid of the "US Federal Reserve", which is not Federal, has no "reserves", and does not answer to the US government let alone the people of the United States.

There are more recommendations where these came from, but this should do for a start.

Response: No problem, James. And thanks for the advice. I followed it for years. But as I did, I noticed that whenever I looked out the window, I saw social and psychological deterioration and worsening mayhem. Out there in the real world, everything was getting steadily worse.

Meanwhile, I kept hearing all kinds of Law of Attraction / Abundance Theology people promising golden Cadillacs and riches without limit to those who positively visualize the future and don't upset the powers that be. That's a deceptive oversimplification, isn't it. Unfortunately for me, I knew a little too much about politics, economics, and human nature to fall for it. It's not that simple.

Here's what you're missing: your naive version of the Law of Attraction gets a few lucky people that gold Cadillac / life of luxury. But it also makes prostitutes and indoctrination victims of them, which of course demoralizes the hell out of everyone else. Saturation is inevitable, and then the resources give out and the system collapses. Why? Because people are using the LoA not for the good of the many, but that of the few, especially themselves. Not every positive visualizer gets that gold Cadillac. That's not how the Law of Attraction works (and I know how it actually works, down to the nuts and bolts).

Sometimes an abusive situation, like illegal mass migration, anti-White racism, and no longer having an honest representative government, requires loud complaint and active opposition. Our system was designed for that. It's the only way that our freedom can be protected, including the freedom to succeed by envisioning our destiny. Otherwise, we end up wearing short leashes with very bad people on the other end.

I'm merely trying to provide an example, showing people that even those recognized as uncommonly intelligent can muster the courage to stand up against corruption, criminality, and demographic genocide if they have a little character.

The treacherous Israeli attack on the USS Liberty has indeed been investigated, but no admission of guilt has ever been forthcoming. While Israel quickly apologized to the US government, in effect using our money to pay compensation to our wounded and the families of the dead, it falsely claimed that it was just "a tragic case of mistaken identity". It was all just a big misunderstanding, you see.

Absolutely not, unless the Israeli pilots were as blind as bats. They and their superiors knew exactly what they were doing and whom they were killing, murdering US sailors by the dozen. Former administrations have let it slide. This one will no doubt do the same. But at least Massie's call is consistent with the tried-and-true slogan "Never Again!"

Massie is perfectly within his rights to bring it back out of the darkness and call for a real explanation and real atonement, especially as the military atrocities are scheduled to continue. With the United States paying the bill as usual.
