@British_Airways just been informed that my flight from DUR to J'burg is cancelled & u have put me on a later flight,this means I miss my flight to London.totally unacceptable especially as you also lost my luggage on the outbound flight.

I signed a new phone contract with @currys on Jan 17th and still no phone. Guaranteed it would be today with customer services, but nothing. Nobody to speak to it seems. What next?
