As a long time @AmericanAir customer with AAdvantage Platinum Pro status, I cannot recommend AAdvantage Hotels. They will not help if you have an issue with your hotel. The hotel will not be helpful because you booked through AAdvantage Hotels. Buyer beware!!

I haves DM'd you previously. It is a waste of my time. You guys have done nothing to help. My goal now is to be sure everyone knows that booking through AAdvantage Hotels is not a decision I would recommend.

@AiperOfficial Beware! I cannot recommend this company. The product I purchased has a two year warranty. They offered me a refurbished unit. Also, they will not send a replacement unit until you return the old unit. I will buy from another company next time.
