The low-capital dca short system for overvalued altcoins

important note: only use capital up to 50k usdt. this amount is generally too small for market makers to deliberately target you. if you are shorting with much larger capital, the situation is completely different.

step 1: when should you short an altcoin?

only consider shorting when several of the following conditions are present:

market cap reaches 3-5 billion usd or higher.
valuation is excessively high compared to its real value (inflated market cap).
price has risen too aggressively in a short period of time.
one-day candles show gains of 70-100%.
funding rate is strongly positive and the long side is overcrowded.
open interest increases sharply.
market sentiment is extremely euphoric and full of fomo.
the crowd believes the price will continue rising forever.

the more conditions that appear, the higher the probability that a top is forming.

I once held an important position on a market maker team and helped manage liquidity for more than 50 projects. there’s a good chance that some of the projects you invested in during 2022 had my involvement. that’s why my trading style is often different and tends to go against the crowd.

of course, i’m not always right. i’ve made plenty of mistakes and had to pay the price through stop losses and significant financial losses.

if you’re analyzing shitcoins using textbook chart patterns and models, forget it. those methods aren’t really suitable for this market.

@thanphu656 Haha, mới nhìn cứ tưởng bỏ ra 14$, chủ tus share bài cũng nghĩ thế, thực chất với giá vào lệnh và khối lượng coin thì giá vào lệnh phải là 242$, bẩy x20 thì vol là 4k84, giá giảm gần như về 0 nên số tiền lãi gần tiến tới bằng số vol tổng.
