Anyone considering flying @SouthwestAir should absolutely go with any other airline. ridiculous they will charge $4000 for airline tickets with extra room then remove you from those seats for the very last row, with no refund or even an apology. Terrible company

@SouthwestAir has to be the worst airline by far. A prime example of why I would rather drive for 15 hours than fly for 3. Nothing better than paying for an exit row window seat, then getting to the gate and them moving you to the last row of the plane in the middle seat
