Area residents have complained about the debris dumped along the Yonkers-Bronx border of I-87 Major Deegan Expy.

Since this stretch is maintained by @nycgov, I am calling on my fellow colleagues in government to work together to clean it up.

A simple fix: clean-up and enforce.
