Just spent over two hours on the phone with HMRC only for both calls to be disconnected by them! 😤 No record of the first call according to the second person! 😤@MoneySavingExp @HMRCgovuk

[💙Ali Nixon RN @Henwickhall]

@HMRCgovuk just spent over two hours on the phone only for you to cut me off twice. What is actually happening with this? Now I’m going to have to phone back but will not get through to the same person. The second person said there were no notes from my first call either.

@virginmedia Oh so simple when you don’t know the full facts!

[💙Ali Nixon RN @Henwickhall]

@virginmedia That is the problem Mum doesn’t know it. We don’t know it and this really isn’t the forum for me to discuss this issue. I can’t believe that you don’t have protocols in place for this kind of issue. Nobody is actually listening to what I say & keep voicing VERY FALSE apologies!

[💙Ali Nixon RN @Henwickhall]

@virginmedia Because we don’t know the memorable word they refuse. I had a “conversation” this morning with Emma who refused point blank to put me through to someone else who could help me.

[💙Ali Nixon RN @Henwickhall]

@virginmedia As previously mentioned I am trying to sort my Mum’s account out. £42.99 going to £94.00. Unable to get past security as someone did not add me when originally requested to!

[💙Ali Nixon RN @Henwickhall]

@virginmedia You are so unhelpful!
When we set the account up for Mum she gave permission for me to deal with it but unsurprisingly you have no record of that! Absolutely ridiculous! No wonder your ratings are so poor as evidenced on here!

[💙Ali Nixon RN @Henwickhall]

@virginmedia Please read my various tweets as I am losing patience.

[💙Ali Nixon RN @Henwickhall]

@virginmedia I cannot get through as I am not the account holder and your staff member does not do anything if I cannot pass your security check but won’t ask me any further questions to get through
