1) We are excited to announce the first iteration of our domestic workers certification program in collaboration with LISA - This certification program is a 8 day training program for those who are looking to work in the domestic services Industry in Nigeria

4) Overall our long term goal is to connected more certified domestic workers with ethical recruitment agencies, while also pushing for regulation to ensure the illegal employment of domestic workers is punishable by the law, overall we aim to protect both employee and employer.

Hmm people talking about toxic bosses, employers verbally and physically assaulting them, working till late hours of the night and starting early, living in constant fear and anxiety, all valid concerns, but can you think of any industry in Nigeria where this is the norm? (20mks)

This! And also a lot of peoples first interaction with “employment” is seeing the way those around them treat domestic workers, so that should give you some insight into todays conversation
